NO TELEVISION

With a view to encouraging interaction between members of the family, we have avoided providing a television set in the rooms. This has been appreciated by most of our guests.

NO ROOM SERVICE

The food is served in the dining area to make sure that sizzling hot food directly from the kitchen is made available to the guests as per the requirement. You will appreciate since in room service this cannot be achieved, however for those (physically handicapped or senior citizens) the room service can be provided on request.

NO PUNJABI, CHINESE CUISINE

This part of Maharashtra is famous for many recipes which are delicious and nutritious. The ingredients used for the preparation of food are carefully selected. These ingredients are organic & free from hazardous chemicals. The food served is authentic Kokani cuisine in preference to Punjabi & Chinese. This has been appreciated by our guests.

SAY NO TO ALCOHOL & TOBACCO

Enjoy pollution free environment & get addicted to flora & fauna. Our entire campus is developed into an organic garden. Obviously alcohol, tobacco & cigarettes do not go with this theme. We request those who have these habits to refrain from them during their stay with us. This will help in preserving the serenity of the space.

SAY NO TO PLASTIC

It has been our endeavour to keep our space environment – friendly. Use of plastic is minimized. We request you to carry back any plastic material you may have brought with you. This will help us to conserve our theme.

HOT WATER

All the rooms are duly connected with hot water tabs by using wood fired water heater, therefore Hot Water is made available in all the rooms from 7:30 am to 10:30 am. However in the evening in special cases hot water can be made available to the guests on request.

ELECTRICITY

Our area enjoys uninterrupted power supply under “Akshayurja”, however power failure on account of natural calamaties such as storm, heavy rains & thundering are not ruled out. Normal operations like lights & fans have a back-up of inverters. Air conditioners however become dysfunctional during such power failures. We request our guests to co-operate during such contingency.

BOOKING PROCEDURE

Once you decide to spend your holidays at Nisarga Sahavas, please follow the below steps

  1. Please call on +91 8007898283 / +91 9422280757 or fill up the enquiry form given below & check the availability of rooms.
  2. If the rooms are available for the dates which you are looking for, confirm the package.
  3. Go through the policies of the Farmstay before depositing the advance of you booking.
  4. For the confirmation you have to deposit the 100% amount for peak season (Summer vacations, Diwali vacations, Christmas, New Year and long weekends) and 75% advance for the rest of the period in the a/c given below.
  5. For the rest of the period the balance amount can be paid at Nisarga Sahavas by cash.
  6. Once we receive the advance, we will mail you the confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

NON PEAK PERIOD

  • 10% cancellation charges if cancelled 7 days prior check-in date.
  • 50% cancellation charges if cancelled 4 days prior check-in date.
  • No-Refund if cancelled within 4 days of check-in date or No Show.
  • We should receive your cancellation request within stipulated time through e-mail only. Telephonic Communications will not be considered.
  • Cancellation charges mentioned above are applicable on total amount of billing of your stay.
  • If you have booked your stay for certain no of nights & after arriving if you wish to reduce the duration of your stay the charges for the period originally booked will be applicable.

PEAK PERIOD

(Summer vacations, Diwali vacations, Christmas, New Year and long weekends)

  • 50% cancellation charges if cancelled 15 days prior check-in date.
  • Non-Refundable if cancelled within 15 days of check-in date or on No Show.
  • We should receive your cancellation request within stipulated time through e-mail only. Telephonic Communications will not be considered.
  • Cancellation charges mentioned above are applicable on total amount of billing of your stay
  • If you have booked your stay for certain no of nights & after arriving if you wish to reduce the duration of your stay the charges for the period originally booked will be applicable.
