Booking Policy
The tariff mentioned is inclusive of
- Accommodation as described
- Welcome drink, Evening Tea, Dinner & Breakfast
- All applicable taxes
- Free activities like Farm Tour, Bird Watching trail, Mountain Trek, Planting activity etc.
Please go through these points before proceeding for the booking
- This is a farm stay & not a Resort.
- Check‐in time is 1200 hours and checkout time is 1000 hours.
- Original ID proof is mandatory for all guests who check-in, as per the government rule.
- Original passport is mandatory for all international tourists.
- Extra meal (Lunch) costs INR 500 per person
- Unlimited Meal includes ‐ Pickles, 1 Salad preparation, 1 Vegetable preparation, 1 Usal preparation, Chapatis or Bhakris, Rice,1 Dal preparation, 1 snack preparation (Aluwadi, Kothimbirwadi, Papad), 1 Sweet dish preparation.(Ukadiche modak, Aamras, Gulabjam, Dudhi Halwa, Shrikhand, Puranpoli etc), Soalkadhi &1 Non-vegetarian preparation (Fish Curry, Chicken curry / Masala, Prawns Curry / Masala )
- Fried fish/ Lobsters/ Gavathi chicken ‐ One may order it at an extra cost. Subject to availability.
- We don’t keep Mineral water bottles, Carbonated drinks etc.
- All meals are served in Dining area only.
- We Serve Maharashtrian Konkani Veg and Non Veg Food only.
- We have time bound Dining area
- Dining Timings:-
- Breakfast: 8.30 am to 10 am- Lunch: 1.30 pm to 3.00 pm- Dinner: 8.30 pm to 10 pm.
- Hot Water Timings: Morning 7.30 am to 10.00 am
- Driver’s food (veg) package is available for INR 400 per day (Dinner & Breakfast)
- Anything extra to be paid at the property directly.
- We have power back with inverter as well as Power Generator to overcome the sudden failure of electricity supply. Air conditioner will not be operative during such period.
- Consumption of Alcohol, Smoking, chewing tobacco, throwing Gutkha packets in the farm as well as surrounding area is strictly prohibited.
- Guests are requested to carry back any plastic material like plastic bags, empty mineral water bottles, diapers, sanitary napkins etc which they have brought along with them to help us conserve our nature.
Cancellation Policy
- No cancellation charges are applicable if the cancellation is informed by you, a minimum of 21 days before your date of check-in. (e.g. if the check-in date is 20th Jun 2023, the latest to avail Zero cancellation charges will be till 12 am (midnight) of 29th May 2023 or earlier.) Applicable to reservations informed even within 21 days prior to the check-in date.
- 30% of your total payable amount will be charged by us as cancellation charges and the remaining amount of the advances will be refunded if the cancellation is informed by you between 21-14 days prior to your date of check-in. (e.g. applicable if the check-in date is 20th Jun 2023, and the cancellation is informed between 12:01 am of 30th May 2023 and 12:00 am (midnight) of 6th June 2023). Applicable to reservations informed (Advance amount Paid) also within 14 days prior to the check-in date.
- 50% of your total payable amount will be charged by us as cancellation charges if the cancellation is informed by you between 13 – 7 days prior to your date of check-in. (e.g. if the check-in date is 20th Jun 2023, and the cancellation is confirmed between 12:01 am of 7th Jun 2023 and 12:00 am (midnight) of 12 th Jun 2023). Applicable to reservations informed (Advance amount Paid) also within 7 days prior to the check-in date.
- 100% of your total payable amount will be charged by us as cancellation charges if the cancellation is informed by you between 6 – 0 days prior to your date of check-in. (e.g. if the check-in date is 20th Jun 2023, and the cancellation is confirmed between 12:01 am of 13th Jun 2023 and 12:00 am (midnight) of 20 th Jun 2023). Applicable to reservations informed (Advance amount Paid) also within 1 day prior to the check-in date
- Please note that we do not enjoy applying the cancellation charges mentioned above but those are mandatory to safeguard the interest of both ends of the matter. Request you to not put us into an awkward situation by asking us to reconsider the above in case of any cancellations.
- We should receive your cancellation request within stipulated time through e-mail only. Telephonic Communications will not be considered.
- Cancellation charges mentioned above are applicable on total amount of billing of your stay
- If you have booked your stay for certain no of nights & after arriving if you wish to reduce the duration of your stay the charges for the period originally booked will be applicable.
- In case you want to postpone the booking then we will deduct Rs. 5000 from the booking advance & adjust the remaining advance in future bookings. Future bookings will be adjusted as per availability & for the same no of persons & same no of nights of the previous booking.
