Refund policy for Cancellation / Reduction in number of persons / shortening of period of stay
- For Christmas vacation and year end (1st Dec-31st Dec):
-If informed us one month earlier Rs.1000/- will be deducted and the balance will be refunded.
-If cancellation is done less than one month there are two options
1) Only one postponement for the same number of persons X days, upto 3 months from original booking date. In this case Rs. 1000 will be deducted and rest will be adjusted towards future bill at the rates prevailing at the time of new booking dates.
2)Complete cancellation-in this case no refund will be given.
- For rest of the period (1st Jan-30th Nov):
-If informed us more than 15 days earlier, Rs. 1000 will be deducted and remaining will be refunded.
-If informed us less than 15 days earlier, there are 2 options :
1) Only one postponement for the same number of persons X days, upto 3 months from original booking date. In this case Rs. 1000 will be deducted and rest will be adjusted towards future bill at the rates prevailing at the time of new booking dates.
2)Complete cancellation-in this case no refund will be given.
